Salon Policies

Deposits
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure colour appointments. Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

No-Shows

No-shows will result in the deposit being forfeited. A new deposit will be required before booking another appointment.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may require your service to be adjusted or rescheduled to avoid impacting the next client.

Hair Extensions

Extension hair must be paid in full prior to ordering and is non-refundable once the order has been placed.

A 25% service deposit is required to secure your installation appointment and will be applied toward your service total.
